Furniture Pick-Up
In order to best serve you, we request that you schedule an appointment to pick up your order within 14 days of being notified of its arrival to the warehouse in South Deerfield.
Please call if this is not possible so we can make other arrangements. If you do not call, a warehousing fee of 5% per month will be added to your invoice. All merchandise pickups will be made at the warehouse in South Deerfield, MA. Please be sure to arrive with a proper vehicle and packaging material such as ropes, blankets, etc. Also bring assistance if needed. Please inspect furniture before loading. Apple Creek Furniture is not responsible for damages incurred during or after loading.
